What are your typical working hours? Are you flexible with those hours?
My time zone is CST, but my contracted hours are flexible. Feel free to let me know what works best for you and we will work something out.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of services rendered is only valid prior to the 1st draft being sent. All other cancellation terms are depending on the specifics of the contract in question.
How does billing work?
Billing is always done via a secure invoicing platform. The platform utilized depends on the nature of services being performed and the client’s preferences.

What if I don't use all of my hours? Does time roll over?
Canceled or unused hours will still be billed according to the total hours purchased per duration (weekly or monthly) as stated in your client agreement/contract.
The reason for this is as follows: Each client is scheduled for dedicated hours in my overall schedule. As such, I cannot book other clients to overlap that time.
No, unused time does not roll over to the next billing period. Maybe if I manage to create an android of myself that never sleeps this will one day be realistically possible. 🙃
